This policy explains what information Rare Feature (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you send us: your name, email, social media handle or website, and anything you write when you request an audit or contact us.
• Purchase information: when you buy a package, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, the package you bought, and payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
• Client account access: if you become a client, you may give us access to your social media accounts so we can do the work you hired us for.

How we use it

• To respond to requests and deliver audits and services.
• To bill you and manage your plan.
• To send service-related messages about your account.

We do not sell your personal information.

Services we rely on

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages and loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash. Payments are provided by Stripe, the client portal's sign-in and data are hosted by Supabase, and appointment scheduling is provided by Calendly. When you book a time, the details you enter (such as your name and email) go to Calendly. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser loads their content, under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout and portal pages to keep payments secure.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep client and billing records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us.
